Q1. What does the Full Day Slope Pass include?
The Full Day Slope Pass gives you unlimited access to Ski Dubai’s slopes for an entire day. You can ski or snowboard as much as you want during the day. It also includes the use of a helmet, skis or snowboard, boots, poles, and winter outerwear (jacket, trousers, and disposable socks).
Q2. Do I need to know how to ski or snowboard to book this?
Yes, this ticket is for experienced skiers or snowboarders. You should be at an intermediate or advanced level. If you’re a beginner, it’s better to book a lesson with an instructor or try the Snow Park.
Q3. Can I rent ski clothes and equipment there?
Yes, ski clothes and equipment (like skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, and poles) are included in your ticket. Gloves are not included, but you can buy them at the counter if needed.
Q4. What should I wear under the ski gear?
Wear comfortable, warm clothes like a thermal shirt and leggings or long socks. You’ll be given a winter jacket and trousers, but it’s good to layer up a little to stay warm inside.
Q5. Are kids allowed for the Full Day Slope Session?
Kids above 3 years old are welcome at Ski Dubai, but for this specific ticket, they must be experienced skiers or snowboarders and meet the skill level requirement. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q6. Can I leave and come back later on the same day?
No, re-entry is not allowed. Once you exit the slope area, you can’t go back in with the same ticket.
Q7. Is it cold inside?
Yes! The temperature inside Ski Dubai stays around -2°C to -4°C, so be prepared for the cold. But don’t worry—your outfit will keep you warm enough to enjoy your time on the slopes.
Q8. Is it safe for first-timers?
This ticket is not for first-timers. If you’re trying skiing or snowboarding for the first time, it’s better to book a lesson or go for a Snow Park experience instead. Safety is very important, and basic skills are required to use the slopes.
Q9. Where is Ski Dubai located?
Ski Dubai is inside the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. It’s easy to find and accessible by metro, taxi, or car.
Q10. Do I need to bring anything?
