Admission Ticket Process
Access and download your ticket from your account dashboard.
Visit the “At the Top” counter located on the ground floor (LG Level) of The Dubai Mall to exchange your digital ticket for a physical one.
After obtaining your physical ticket, follow the signs to the “Dubai Fountains.” Once outside, look for the “Lake Ride” sign and approach the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.
Present your physical ticket at the Lake Ride kiosk to board the traditional abra boat for the Dubai Fountain Show and Lake Ride experience.

Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time indicated. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
