Important Information
- Emirates ID or Passport Required – A copy of each passenger’s Emirates ID or passport must be uploaded at least 24 hours before the flight. Guests must also fill and sign the waiver form on-site before flying. Without these documents, boarding will not be allowed.
- WhatsApp Number – A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory to share your pickup time and tour updates.
- 100% no-show fee applies if you cancel at the last minute. No refund or reschedule.
- Guests cannot bring heavy luggage onboard.
- Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes (no high heels).
- Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The pilot has the final say on whether the flight goes ahead. If canceled due to bad weather, guests will get a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah, and other Emirates.
- Private transfers are available from Dubai and other Emirates at an extra cost.
- Exact pickup time will be shared the evening before the tour (between 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM).
- Be ready at your pickup location 10 minutes in advance. Delays may result in tour cancellation.
- Pickup/drop-off times for shared transfers may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
Age & Health Restrictions
- Children under 5 years and adults over 70 years cannot fly.
- Maximum passenger weight: 119 kg. Guests above this require pilot approval and an extra charge.
- Pregnant women are not allowed.
- Guests must be physically fit to climb in/out of the basket and brace during landing.
- Not suitable for guests with heart issues, back/knee problems, recent major surgery, or fear of heights.
- Guests with disabilities (mental, physical, or emotional) are not permitted.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed.

Pay Attention
- Always listen to your pilot’s guidance before, during, and after the flight
- Stay away from the burner – The flame used to heat the air is extremely hot
- Only carry essentials; large bags and sharp objects are not allowed
- Avoid flying if you have heart conditions, back problems, or are pregnant
- Balloons operate with flammable gas, so fire or smoking is strictly prohibited
- Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Avoid high heels and wear flat shoes
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this require pilot approval and extra charge
