• Please bring a valid ID or a copy of your passport for verification.
• Late arrivals will be considered a ‘No Show’ and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to take part in this activity.
• Minimum age requirement is 7 years old.
• Flyers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Participants under 1.8 meters tall must weigh no more than 120 kg.
• Those taller than 1.8 meters must not exceed 140 kg in weight.
• Individuals under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs are not allowed to participate.
• Guests with a history of shoulder dislocation, or neck or back injuries are not eligible for this activity.
