Important Information

• You must visit the second attraction within 7 days after using the ticket for the first one.

• The same person must use the tickets for both attractions.

• Tickets can’t be shared or misused — entry will be refused if they are.

• Please carry a valid ID or passport along with your ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

• Children under 16 must be with an adult aged 21 or above.

• Ain Dubai closes 30 minutes before the listed closing time, so plan your visit accordingly.

• Each cabin is fully air-conditioned, and a full ride takes around 38 minutes.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Only food bought from Ain Dubai lounges or kiosks is permitted.

• Ain Dubai may temporarily close during bad weather (like rain, strong wind, or sandstorms) or for technical reasons.

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your ride time for check-in and security.

• Wear comfortable and respectful clothing suitable for a public place.
