Pay Attention
- Always listen to your pilot’s guidance before, during, and after the flight
- Stay away from the burner, the flame used to heat the air is extremely hot
- Only carry essentials, large bags and sharp objects are not allowed
- Avoid flying if you have heart conditions, back problems, or are pregnant
- Balloons operate with flammable gas, so fire or smoking is strictly prohibited
- Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Avoid high heels and wear flat shoes
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this require pilot approval and extra charge
Important Information
- Each passenger must provide a copy of their Passport or Emirates ID at the time of booking, as required by GCAA rules. Please upload the document at https://balloonflightswaiver.com/ at least 24 hours before the flight and sign the waiver form at the site. Without these documents, guests will not be allowed to fly.
- A valid WhatsApp number is required to share pickup time and updates.
- Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah, and other Emirates.
- Exact pickup time will be shared one day before the tour between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
- Please be ready at the pickup point 10 minutes early. Late arrival may lead to cancellation.
- Transfer timing may change by 30–60 minutes due to traffic.
- Maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Extra charges apply if exceeded (pilot approval required).
- Pregnant ladies are not allowed to fly.
- Last-minute cancellation or no-show will be charged 100%. No refund.
- Guests must be physically fit to enter and exit the basket and follow landing instructions.
- Guests with serious medical, mental, or physical conditions are not allowed.
- Heavy luggage is not permitted.
- Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited.
- Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Avoid high heels.
- Not recommended for guests with heart, knee, back problems, recent surgery, or fear of heights.
- Flights depend on weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, guests will get a new date or full refund.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will be fully charged and no refund will be given.
