- Infants aged 0–6 months: Free admission when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Baby and Young Lion: All heights allowed; guests under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Small Lion: Minimum height over 120 cm and age over 15 years.
- Medium and Big Lion: Minimum height over 160 cm and age over 15 years.

- All interactions are supervised by experienced handlers.
- A safety briefing is provided before entering the interaction area.
- Avoid sudden movements and flash photography.
- Comfortable, neutral-coloured clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended
