Booking Policy
Bookings must be made at least 2 days before the tour.
Bookings made 1 day before can be moved to the next available date if slots are not available.
Emirates ID or Passport copy is required for every guest (must be uploaded 24 hours before flight).
Minimum 2 adults are required per booking.
All guests must fill and sign the waiver form before the flight.
Children under 5 years and adults above 70 years are not allowed to fly.
Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah, and other emirates.

Important Information

  • Emirates ID copy or Passport copy is required for each guest at booking time, as per aviation rules by Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
  • Please upload your passport/Emirates ID at CLICK HERE at least 24 hours before the flight to complete check-in.
  • Guests must also fill and sign the waiver form on-site before the flight. Without these documents, flying is not allowed.
  • A valid WhatsApp number is mandatory to share pickup time and tour updates.
  • Shared transfers are not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport, Al Khawaneej, Al Aweer, Dubai South, Damac Hills, Sharjah, and other emirates.
  • Private transfers from Dubai and other emirates are available at an extra cost.
  • Exact pickup time will be shared one day before the tour between 8:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
  • Please be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes early. Late arrival may result in flight cancellation.
  • Shared transfer timings may change by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
  • Children below 5 years and adults above 65 years are not allowed to fly.
  • Maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests above this need pilot approval and must pay an extra charge.
  • Pregnant ladies are not allowed to fly.
  • Minimum age for quad biking is 16 years.
  • Minimum 2 guests are required for the premium adventure.
  • Last-minute cancellation or no-show will be charged 100%. No refund or alternate tour will be provided.
  • Guests must be physically fit and able to climb into the basket and bend during landing. Participation is at your own risk.
  • Guests with mental, emotional, or physical disabilities are not allowed to participate.
  • Heavy luggage is not allowed during the activity.
  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
  • Wear comfortable casual clothes and flat shoes or boots. Avoid high heels.
  • Not recommended for guests with heart problems, serious knee or back issues, recent major surgery (within 6 months), or fear of heights.
  • Flights depend on weather. The pilot makes the final decision for safety. If cancelled due to weather, guests can choose a new date or full refund.
