Adventure Trail play area: Requires closed toed shoes. Max 70kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction.
Soft Play area: Requires socks. Max 40kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction.
Outside food is not allowed.
Do not touch or feed the animals unless guided by staff during designated encounters.
Keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment for the animals.
Flash photography is strictly prohibited to avoid disturbing the animals
