• All infants under 2 are free to enter the Green Planet Dubai 
• Adventure Trail play area: Requires closed toed shoes. Max 70kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction.
• Soft Play area: Requires socks. Max 40kg weight & Max 150cm height restriction.
• Outside food is not allowed.
• Do not touch or feed the animals unless guided by staff during designated encounters.
• Keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment for the animals.
• Flash photography is strictly prohibited to avoid disturbing the animals
